I’m Airiana, the owner of Vello Electrolysis. With over 8 years experience in temporary hair removal specializing in waxing and nearly 3 years specializing in Electrolysis permanent hair removal, I provide various services for your hair removal needs on any part of your journey. My space is LGBTQ+ friendly, offering genderless rates for fair and affordable care. Every guest enjoys a tailored experience with expert knowledge, quality service, and customized treatment plans. Services Offered

    Before booking please note, Electrolysis works by using a time system instead of what face or body part you’d like treated. Depending on how much hair is to be treated, your availability and budget, are factors in how much time is needed per session to clear and treat hairs in the desired area (s). My focus of specialty is any area on the lower face, and bikini line.

    Time slots are 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes 60 minutes, 75 minutes, and 90 minutes.

    The only services offered for waxing are Underarms, Bikini line, and Brazilian for all genders. I use a combination of hard and soft wax, or either or, depending on the hair type, skin sensitivity or preference. All waxes used in studio are hypoallergenic, rosen and cruelty free.

    This package is perfect for those who like to wax every once in a while for special events, vacations, or if you simply prefer occasional maintenance.

    Buy 5 get 1 free! You'll be set for 6 Brazilian wax services, averaging out to $62 per wax!

    This package is perfect for those with slower hair growth (scheduling every 6-8 weeks) or for those who prefer longer maintenance intervals.

    MOST SAVINGS! Buy 9 get 3 free. You'll be set for 12 Brazilian wax services, averaging out to around $56 per wax!

    This package is perfect for those who prefer regular sessions scheduled once a month. (every 4 weeks ).

  • Packages expire exactly one year after purchase. Please choose the package that best fits your consistency with waxes.

    • In the case of no-shows or last minute cancellations while on a package, a separate charge of $37.50 will need to be paid prior rescheduling your next appointment. Failure to do so, will result in forfeiting the remaining sessions in the package.

    • Packages may be purchased as a one-time payment over the phone. Online purchasing coming soon. Cash or Card is accepted.

POLICIES

POLICIES

  • All non-package services will require a deposit of 25% of service(s) total payable through my booking site on gloss genius to secure appointment time. This will be applied towards your total at checkout on the day of your appointment.

    • Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

    • A cancellation fee of 50% of service total will also apply. Applies to No-Shows as well.

  • All appointments must be confirmed 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.

    • You can still cancel without penalties, even if you confirmed, as long as it’s done at least 15 hours before your appointment.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period. Please be sure to arrive on time to avoid rescheduling or having to adjust service

  • Cancellations made within 15 hours of your appointment time are considered last minute, therefore deposit will be forefeited.

    • If cancelled before the 15 hour window, your deposit will be refunded.

    • No-shows also result in deposit being forfeited.

    I understand that unexpected events can occur and plans may change, so If you absolutely need to cancel at the last minute, your first cancellation (50% fee) will be waived, but your deposit will be kept due to the time that was allotted for your appointment. If you cancel last minute again, the usual policy will apply. No-shows will not be excused the first time.

  • I prioritize a calm and safe environment for all of my clients. Therfore, due to those safety considerations and limited space, children and extra guests are not permitted in the treatment room.
